We are often out and about featuring in venues as a Pop Up Kitchen Takeover. We offer a variety of different evenings from your more mainstream pop up street food style, small plate sharing & Seasonal tasting menus all of which have been received very well.  What can you expect from a B&T pop up? Playful twists on old classics & traditions, always some fun & adventurous flavours Profiles for our more inquisitive guests and some simple and dam right delightful plates. We try to cover all bases so there is a Plate or two for everyone.

Small Plate Evenings

Our Small plate evenings run throughout  the summer sunshine. Usually a Menu of 10 or so dishes designed & created to be Shared. Perfect for couples,families & Foodies who like to order all and graze the evening away in a beautiful setting. From simple summer dishes to fun and adventurous flavours 

Street Food Nights

These are the nights we really like to enjoy, nothing Flash just good value Flavourful food that gets the taste buds rocking. from the usual Croquettas & BBQ staples through to more playful twists like our braised lambs belly & black truffle doughnuts standing out as a fan favourite. If you & your friends like interestingly smart casual playful food with bold flavours, these are the ones to dine at.
